Spider chrysanthemums are large round balls of about 4-6 cms in diameter with long thin petals protruding from the centre. The flower is a beauty to see.

Chrysanthemums, also called mums are a large variety of flowers.

This is the Irregular Incurve variety of Chrysanthemums. These are the giants of the chrysanthemum world. Quite often disbudded to create a single giant bloom (ogiku), the disk florets are completely concealed, while the ray florets curve inwardly to conceal the disk and also hang down to create a ‘skirt’.
